Grimsby Ontario Dry Stone Retaining Wall and Terrace Workshop   June 12 and 13 2010
Bob and Wendy Chrystian of Garden Strategies in Grimsby Ontario hosted a DSWAC workshop at their farm high on the edge of the Niagara Escarpment, or as locals like to say "up on the mountain". This was a beginner's workshop to teach walling students the basics of terracing construction. Students used 12 tons of reclaimed stones salvaged from a beautiful older stone house that was part of the historic E.D. Smith estate, located west of Grimsby Ontario .
