Dry Stone Walling Across Canada was honoured to help run a very important weekend seminar.
This 2 day beginner event May 12 — 13, 2012 was a memorial wall build at the Lindsay (Ontario) Rugby club grounds in memory of Rachel "Widgie" Spearing, an elite rugby player (provincially and nationally) recruited by the University Of Western Ontario where she played until her traumatic accident.
The Spearing family working together with the Lindsay Rugby Club added two permanent dry stone feature to the club grounds.
This seminar was open to the public .
